We are very happy with the care our elderly dog, Ron, receives from Brookfield vets Ledbury. Ron is a sensitive soul who is nervous away from home. From the first day we brought him to Brookfield 4 years ago he has received professional and thoughtful handling. He recently had to have a fast growing lump removed from his lip. On the day of his operation I was able to bring him straight in to see his vet, Daisy, who is incredibly understanding with him. His operation was a success and his stitches were perfectly neat, so he healed beautifully. Ron also has a monthly injection with the nurses at Ledbury, this is always done gently and quickly. Thanks to all the vets, nurses and fabulous receptionists for taking such good care of all my pets.

Our cat Oscar had been feeling a little under the weather for the last few days but got significantly worse late last night- thanks to your brilliant appointment booking system I was able to snag the last appointment you had available today and had him in with Amanda first thing.

He had a massive temperature and she discovered a huge abscess on his side. Some medicine to bring his temperate down and some antibiotics later - he's now eating and currently chasing a fly around the living room. 

Please pass on our thanks - he was one very grumpy man when he came in and you could hear is very unhappy howls throughout the waiting room. The change was incredible.

"Dear Victoria, thank you so much for finding the right arthritis pain relief for Ben our Cocker Spaniel. What a transformation, after only a day of taking GABAPENTIN along side his daily dose of Metacam, he's reverted back to a bouncing happy dog!

He looks forward to walks with gusto and want's to go again for a second or third walk with his younger mate Billy. Billy loves this as he did miss Ben not wanting to come.I really did think that he was "just getting old" as he is nearly 14 now, but the drugs he takes have taken the pain away and he is back running, chasing rabbits and other poor critters in the bushes! he no longer plods behind me with his head down, but gallops off in front, swimming in the pond and being a "normal" dog!

His fitness is coming back as he does more and more, as he had become rather unfit due to all the plodding he was doing. I really do think that his quality of life has improved 100% and hope he has a continued happy old age with bounce and vigour!!!!
