If you are a registered client and have an emergency when the practice is closed, please call your usual branch number and follow the instructions:

This will connect you to the practice mobile. One of our veterinary surgeons will answer your call and provide immediate advice.
Our team, consisting of a veterinary surgeon and a veterinary nurse, is available on call 24 hours a day, every day of the year, to handle emergencies and care for all inpatients.
For out-of-hours emergencies in Ledbury, services are provided at our Hereford branch. Please note, there is an additional charge for out-of-hours consultations.
During normal opening hours, if you have an urgent matter, call your nearest branch, and our team will prioritise your appointment accordingly.
